Refunding a design is fairly uncommon, this is because if an un-satisfied client does not like the outcome of the design, alternative measures can be taken like changing the design depending on the feedback given by the client. Before sending the final version of a design, we send work-in-progress screenshots of the un-finished design so that the client can give feedback and comment on their preferences, and this eliminates the need for refunds.
